CKA Vista LLC, doing business as CKA Vista Collaborative ("we," "us," or "our"), operates ckavistacollab.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide when booking a discovery call or contacting us — name, email address, and any answers you provide in the booking questionnaire (including responses about your business, goals, and timing).
- Communications — records of emails, scheduling messages, and session-related correspondence.
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle it.
How We Use Information
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on discovery calls and coaching sessions.
- To communicate with you about our services.
- To process payments for coaching engagements.
- To maintain client records as needed for our business and legal obligations.
Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third-party services to operate our business, each of which processes some of your information under their own privacy policies: Google Workspace (email, calendar, scheduling, and forms), Stripe (payment processing), Google eSignature (contract signing), and Netlify (website hosting).
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not add our own tracking or analytics tools to this Site. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and page requests) as part of normal web hosting operations — this is standard for any hosted website and is not additional tracking we've chosen to add.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legitimate business and legal requirements.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site or booking a discovery call, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our Services
CKA Vista Collaborative provides business and operations coaching services to small business owners. Discovery calls booked through this Site are free, carry no obligation, and are exploratory in nature. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate, individually signed coaching agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms where the two conflict.
No Guarantee of Results
Coaching is a collaborative process. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or results of any kind. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and implementation. Nothing on this Site or provided during a coaching engagement should be construed as financial, legal, medical, or tax advice.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and frameworks referenced — is the property of CKA Vista LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKA Vista LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, beyond the amount you have paid us for the applicable engagement.

Refund Policy
Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel — this time is held exclusively for you and cannot be reused on short notice.
Paid Coaching Engagements
Paid coaching packages are governed by the individually signed coaching agreement for that engagement, which sets out the specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms for that program. As a general policy, due to the nature of coaching services, payments for a coaching program are non-refundable once the program has begun. Session rescheduling and missed-session terms are set out in the individual coaching agreement.
